Beginner Group Lesson (USTA 1.0 to 2.0)

This lesson is well suited for newcomers and for players who already know basic tennis strokes (forehands, backhands, volleys and serves), but still struggle with consistency and footwork. You will get to work on your stroke development and tennis footwork during slow paced feeding drills. If the level permits, players will get a chance to practice their moves during point play where some singles and doubles tennis strategy will be introduced. This group lesson is designed to be fun and informative for everyone involved. 


Intermediate Group Lesson (USTA 2.5 to 3.5)

This lesson is suited for players who can sustain a rally but still need to work on movement to the ball and stroke variety. Your coach will start off with medium paced feeding drills where you will practice judging the oncoming ball, consistency of your shots and improving court awareness. A variation of competitive fun tennis games will be introduced in order to prepare participants for future match play opportunities.


ADVANCED GROUP LESSON (USTA 4.0 to 5.0)

This lesson is adapted for advanced tennis players with significant playing experience. It starts off with high-paced feeding drills for half of the session, followed by competitive point play with instruction to develop complete tournament players. This fast paced lesson includes fun singles and doubles games and tennis specific footwork exercises that will help you reach your fullest potential on the court.


Cardio Tennis Lesson (All Levels)

Join us for an ultimate, high-energy, full body tennis workout - with music! Open to players of all ability and fitness levels. Cardio tennis lesson is broken down into three phases: warm up, cardio workout, and cool down. Have fun playing tennis and meeting new people while burning calories and getting in shape!

Group lesson requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum isn’t met, the group lesson will be canceled and you will be offered to attend a different group lesson or switch to a private lesson.

Know Before You Go

Cancellation Policy 24 hours

If you need to cancel/reschedule your lesson, please do it via Mindbody app or by texting/calling to 646-709-2330 24 hours PRIOR to scheduled time. All cancellations/rescheduling that are made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson are considered ‘late’ and a full price of the lesson will be charged.

Weather conditions

all the lessons take place outdoors. If a lesson must be cancelled due to the weather conditions (rain, snow), you will be notified at least 2 hours prior to scheduled lesson time and can rebook for another day.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled lesson. You can come straight to court 1.

  • If you don’t have a racquet, don’t worry! You can rent a tennis racquet for $5/day.

  • We recommend to wear tennis shoes and bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, towel and a water bottle.
